Since 1997, Ballinger has programmed and designed several hundred thousand square feet of office space for Deloitte Consulting/ICS across the United States, and in Canada and Mexico.  The majority of renovation/relocation projects consist of former ICS facilities that needed to be brought up to Deloitte’s standards and reflect the unification of two cultures.  ICS offices required flexibility, changeability to business initiatives, and sensitivity to corporate cultural issues, while keeping pace with Deloitte’s state-of-the-art technology.  The scale and scope of the projects range from 5,600 SF of office renovation and space planning to 120,000 SF tenant fit-outs for the North American and Global Headquarters.
