Ballinger has teamed with Uihlein Wilson Architects to design the new Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery, a unique state and private partnership which will create two institutes, the private Morgridge Institute for Research, and the public Wisconsin Institute for Discovery. The Institute will be constructed in the heart of the University of Wisconsin's Madison Campus as a hub for interdisciplinary research. The facility, constructed in phases, will focus on enabling collaboration among researchers, creating flexible research environments, and providing community outreach.
