<p>Ballinger provided site planning, architecture, interior design and building engineering for the new global headquarters facility. The design reflects Crown's long history as an industry leader in the development of their technology and the manufacturing and marketing of their product. Acting as an agent in implementing the corporate mission, the structure is designed to promote an open and interactive culture organized around a three-story commons area containing the primary meeting areas and open to the landscaped office areas that are characterized by glass office partitions. In addition to corporate offices, the facility also houses a training center, data center, cafeteria and fitness center. </p>
