Ballinger provided site planning, architecture and building engineering for this new corporate office building completing the last development of this city block. The convex curved curtainwall of the north facade reflects its prominent location as a gateway to the Philadelphia skyline. The building is designed to be built in phases with future vertical expansion to 16 floors. Phase one constructed 8 floors and 215,000 SF of office space, structured parking for 90 cars and an enclosed pedestrian bridge linking the new and existing buildings.
