<p>Ballinger provided space planning and interior architecture for the Philadelphia regional office of a prestigious management consulting firm. Featuring a panoramic city view, the office occupies the entire 14th floor in a new 28-story building. The space plan features "neighborhood" groupings of partner and consultant offices, assistant workstations, and team rooms to serve client-focused teams. Full-glass office fronts bring natural light from the exterior into the interior rooms which are supplemented by indirect lighting. A central break area and multi-purpose room fosters informal interaction and affords the opportunity for staff to socialize with co-workers on other teams. </p>
