<p>Ballinger completed a campus-wide Master Plan for New York Presbyterian Hospital which resulted in a 6-year, phased expansion and renovation plan.To begin plan implementation, Ballinger has designed two major projects - the Advanced Therapeutic Services Center and the vertical expansion of the Greenberg Pavilion. The Advanced Therapeutic Services Center is an infill building which will house high-tech diagnostics including new operating rooms, interventional radiology, expansion of radiation oncology, expansion of the Emergency Department, and a blood bank/stem cell program. The Greenberg Pavilion’s expansion dramatically increases the Hospital’s bed capacity.</p>
