<p>Ballinger provided space planning and interior architecture for the co-location of TUHS corporate offices to the former Budd & Co. complex in North Philadelphia. The new facility includes 250,000 SF of corporate office space including an executive suite, legal, operations, finance, communications, human resources and IT departments. A unique Main Street pathway on the first floor engages the facilities amenity spaces including the main lobby, conference rooms, coffee bar, fitness center, cafeteria, learning center and informal gathering places. </p>
