<p>Designed in association with Maki &amp; Associates, the new 51,000 SF Annenberg Public Policy Center embodies the mission of Penn's School of Communication through themes of transparency and openness. The exterior palette of layered glass and wood invites light into the building while the interior is defined by open spaces, low partitions and transparent surfaces. Focused on connectivity and flexibility, open and private offices and the stair towers ring the perimeter of the building and are linked to amenity spaces such as the multi-purpose "agora" via a three-story central atrium. </p>
